What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods for international orders including: T/T (Telegraphic/Wire Transfer) — most common, 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment; L/C (Letter of Credit) — for large orders, irrevocable L/C at sight; Western Union — for small orders and sample purchases; PayPal — for small orders and samples. We can discuss other payment methods for established customers. All payments are made to our official company bank account.

What is your typical payment term?

Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, and 70% balance before shipment (after production and quality inspection). For first-time customers, we may require 50% deposit. For established customers with a good payment history, we can offer more flexible terms. The balance is typically due after we send you photos/videos of the finished equipment for your approval, before we arrange shipping.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, your payment is secure with HNH. We are a legitimate registered company (HNH Bakery Equipment) with years of export experience. All payments go to our official company bank account, not personal accounts. We provide proforma invoices with our company details, bank information, and order terms. We never ask for payment to personal accounts. We can also provide company registration documents and references upon request.

Do you offer payment protection or escrow?

Accepted Answer

For customers who prefer additional payment protection, we can work with Alibaba Trade Assurance (for orders placed through our Alibaba store), which provides payment protection and on-time shipment guarantees. We can also accept L/C (Letter of Credit) which provides bank-level payment protection. For first-time customers, we recommend starting with a sample order or smaller quantity to build trust before placing larger orders.
